Building Consultancy
We provide a wide range of building consultancy services which include, fulltime construction supervision, value engineering, structural assessments of buildings and structural advice for renovations and building remedial work, working closely with leading academics when required.
Project Management
We offer services in project management services for projects, overseeing the project from council approval stage to tendering and selection of contractors, construction and handover of the project to the client. We bring on board Chartered Architects and SLIA recognized Architectural firms along with experienced Quantity Surveyors and MEP Consultants in order to offer a complete solution to our clients.
Geo-technical Engineering
We do geotechnical analysis and designs related to all structures. We provide comprehensive geo technical engineering services related to structures such as shallow and deep foundation designs, permanent and temporary Earth retaining systems, slope stability and ground improvement.
BUILDING HEALTH MONITORING
We do the structural health monitoring of buildings for existing buildings, building subjected to modifications and defect rectifications of distressed buildings.
PEER REVIEW OF BUILDINGS
We have vast experience in peer review of structures including reviewing of analysis, design calculations and detail drawings of projects submitted by other Consultants in Sri Lanka as well as overseas.
