Eng. R M A Senarath
Managing Director
BSc Eng (Hons), CEng, MICE(UK), HLMIE(SL),
FSSE(SL), MConsE(SL)
Following the graduation from University of Ceylon,
Peradeniya, Eng. Senerath has over 45 years of
experience working as a Civil and Structural Engineer
both locally and internationally. He is a Charted Engineer
in both Sri Lanka and UK. As a director and a co-founder
of Stems Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, he has handled major
projects varying from High-rise Apartment blocks,
Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Factory
Buildings, Bank Buildings, Mixed Developments,
Residential Buildings, School Buildings and Water
Retaining Structures.
He is currently the Vice President of the Society of
Structural Engineers, Sri Lanka, and had previously held
the positions of Hon Treasurer and Council Member in
the same society. He is the driving force behind the
company's innovation, ensuring its steady growth over
the past four decades.
Eng. A W Wijesundera
Director

Eng. Wijesundara, is a Director of Stems Consultants
(Pvt) Ltd and a graduate from University of Moratuwa.
He is a Charted Civil Engineer who has extensive
experience in working initially for major construction in
Sri Lanka for a while. After joining Stems he has
completed several building projects such as High-rise
apartments, Commercial buildings, Hostels, Hospitals,
Factory Buildings, Bank Buildings, Mixed Developments,
Residential buildings, School buildings and Water
retaining structures. He later continue to work in
Sultanate of Oman since 2003 and completed several
high-rise, medium-rise and low-rise building projects.
He has continued to contribute greatly to the Company's
success with his innovative approach.

A Charted Civil engineer graduated from University of
Peradeniya, Eng. Gunawardhana has over 12 years of
design and construction experience. His expertise
propelled him to the post of Director in 2017 after 08
years at the Company. With his strategic and operational
decisions for to having skills through his management
the company, he ensures that the company meets its
goals.
